Soft Play Session

A great place for kids to let off steam while you sit back and relax. The colourful Soft Play is designed for toddlers and children up to 7 years old (a height restriction of 130cm applies). Babies up to 6 months old enter free of charge when attending with a paying sibling. Sessions are for one hour. 

You will find the soft play on the ground floor opposite reception.

Please note that Child Add-ons are not required to pre-book these sessions but must check in at reception.

Please note:

• Proof of age may be required on arrival at the complex if we believe there to be a discrepancy over a child's age
• A maximum of 30 children are allowed in the Soft Play area at any one time. 
• As Soft Play areas are not supervised by staff, parents/carers must remain in the area at all times whilst their child/children are in the facility.
• Adults should remain in the parent area and will only be allowed into the play areas to retrieve their child/children.
• Shoes cannot be worn in the Soft Play and must be left in the spectator area or shoe rack if provided. Socks must be worn, and we advise that legs and arms are covered.
• Jewellery, pinned badges, watches, money, toys and other personal possessions must not be taken into Soft Play areas. Removing spectacles is advised. It is recommended that belts with larger buckles, neckties and clothing with neck cords be removed.
• Food and drink, including confectionery and chewing gum, is not permitted in Soft Play areas.
• Children should be encouraged to visit the toilet before using Soft Play.
• If a child has recent injuries, or is unwell, they must not use the facility.

Bookings are non refundable under any circumstances.
